This study aims to determine and analyze the relationship between leadership style and work environment with employee performance at the Serang City Social Service. Research using quantitative research methods. The type of data in this research is primary data. Data collection uses a questionnaire (questionnaire) as the main instrument in collecting data in the field. The sampling technique uses saturated sampling, that is, all members of the population are sampled. This study used 54 respondents as a sample. The hypothesis was tested using the SPSS version 25 application. The results showed that partially leadership style and work environment had a significant influence on employee performance at the Serang City Social Service
