Abstract

In business dynamics, the service sector is a crucial arena for understanding and implementing dynamic capabilities. The concept of Dynamic Capability, which emphasizes an organization's ability to respond and adapt to environmental changes quickly and effectively, is becoming increasingly important amidst the communication and complexity of the service sector. This article aims to provide a summary of various research that has been carried out in the services sector related to Dynamic Capability. This research applies a literature review method and is assisted by Vos viewer software. The data source was obtained from Scopus, with a focus on 250 document articles from 2012 to 2023. The peak publication was recorded in 2023 with a total of 58 documents, in line with a consistent increasing trend over the years. The most cited document is Wilden R’s work with the number of citations reaching 599 times, and the United Kingdom was identified as the most productive country in producing articles on dynamic capabilities
