Abstract

Human Resources (HR) is the main component and determines the success and failure of an organization or company. HR activities that will be managed and developed can increase effectiveness and efficiency with short-term and long-term planning goals. To get qualified prospective employees, the company must be able to carry out a good recruitment process. This research aims to explore the recruitment of human resources in the Korea-Indonesia warehouse by Altnzyaaa. This research is based on the key factors of effectiveness in the human resource recruitment process, namely recruitment constraints, recruitment channels, recruitment evaluation, application forms, and recruitment for talent management. To achieve this goal, the researcher used primary data sources through interviews with the warehouse owner and the workforce in it
